TLC Temmel Logistik Center etablishes its first site in Germany

Unger Steel group adapts an object for the production of car parts in Elsendorf (Lower Bavaria) for TLC Temmel Logistik Center

The general contractor of the Unger group implements an order in Germany for the regular customer TLC Temmel Logistik Center GmbH: The project involves the renovation and adaptation of an existing building for the production of car parts, including approval planning on a built-up area of approximately 10,100 m².

The industrial object TLC Temmel acquired in Elsendorf will be adapted by the Unger group within eight months, for the installation of vehicle parts and extended by two additional buildings, which are intended to serve as a hall for truck loading and unloading. The handover of the completed property is scheduled for June 2014.

In the future car parts for the Magna group will be manufactured on the premises. The implementation of the entire renovation and restoration work will be carried out in parallel with the construction work of the production lines in the existing hall.

Temmel Logistik Center in Graz (Austria) is a service provider for the automotive industry. The private company has many years of experience and a high competence in the segments of just-in-sequence, just-in-time, EDI remote data transmission, picking, quality control, assembly, warehouse management and delivery to the assembly line. Established in 1996 the company runs own locations in Graz and Ilz in Austria.
