Midlands shed hits practical completion

Goodman has reached practical completion on its 93,000ft² high-specification facility at Centrum Logistics Park, Burton-upon-Trent. 

The building has a Grade A specification with EPCA rating featuring a solar PV system of 100kWp to generate clean energy, LED lighting to improve efficiency, and electric vehicle (EV) charging points and EV infrastructure to enable the next generation of vehicle fleets.

It also benefits fr1MVA of power, 10m eaves, eight dock and two level access doors a 45m yard and 50kn/m² floor. Rent levels in the area range from £6 per ft² to £8.90 per ft² depending on size and quality.

Joint agents are Innes England, Avison Young and CBRE.
