bekuplast to present ‘special solutions for intralogistics’ at IntraLogisteX

At the biggest intralogistics and warehousing trade show in the UK, IntraLogisteX, German-based manufacturer of returnable plastic transport packaging bekuplast will be presenting its containers, pallets, trays, and special solutions for intralogistics on its stand (i526).

IntraLogisteX 2023 will be the biggest show yet. It is taking place on 28-29 March at the NEC, Birmingham and will be co-located for the first time with Robotics and Automation – the UK’s largest dedicated robotics and automation exhibition.

Visitors to bekuplast’s stand can expect to see a number of solutions from the company’s product range but taking centre stage will be the new models from its intralogistics series ‘contecline’.

The ‘contecline’ series is supplemented by an oversize container and a tray. The new oversize containers are available in heights of 270, 320, and 400mm. With a basic dimension of 650x450mm, they are suitable for holding cardboard boxes in the standard format of 600x400mm.

For the storage and transport of smaller goods, the ‘contecline’ oversize containers are equipped with an integrated partition system. The sturdy injection-moulded dividers allow 1/2 up to 1/12 subdivision as required.

The tray has a basic size of 638x424mm. It is optionally available with water drainage holes in the base and can be equipped with four inmould labels if required.

All products in the ‘contecline’ series have been specially developed for use in miniload and shuttle systems. According to bekuplast, the ‘contecline’ is characterised by a low tare weight and high performance. It adds that the containers and the tray have the characteristic, circumferentially closed rim base, which ‘convinces with ideal running properties’.

It isn’t just its solutions that bekuplast will be presenting at IntraLogisteX, as it is also advising on the use of the recycled material BQC (bekuplast Quality Compound). This compound is described as ‘a high-quality secondary raw material with documented and tested properties and an environmentally-friendly alternative to virgin material’.
