More omni-channel responsibility for Dino Rocos at John Lewis

Dino Rocos, operations director at John Lewis, is taking on additional responsibilities for omni-channel operations as part of a management reshuffle at the retailer.

In addition to his current responsibilities for supply chain and merchandising, Rocos, who joined JLP in 1976, will also assume responsibility for omnichannel customer ordering, contact handling and health & safety.

Mark Lewis, who is currently online director at John Lewis, is to become retail director. He takes over from Andrew Murphy who is moving to the newly created role of group productivity director.

Lewis joined John Lewis as Online Director in 2013. He will take responsibility for both shop and online operations. The move will allow John Lewis to accelerate the full integration of its channels and lead the next generation of omnichannel retail.

Paula Nickolds, buying and brand director, is to become commercial director. And Craig Inglis, marketing director is to become customer director.

Managing director Andy Street said: “These important changes to the John Lewis Management Board place the customer at the heart of our decision making. The new John Lewis Board composition will ensure we continue to lead omnichannel retailing in the UK.”
