Movianto takes 673,000 sq ft in Haydock and Knowsley

Healthcare logistics company Movianto is to relocate from its existing premises in Knowsley and take a 373,000 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease in Haydock Green in St Helens, as well as a further 300,000 sq ft at nearly speculative industrial scheme Titan Knowsley.

“The Haydock Green letting to Movianto represent the largest industrial letting this year and shows the strength of the market with planning only secured on the site less than 12 months ago. Haydock Green will be one of the most high profile sites in the region,” said Jon Thorne of B8 Real Estate who advised on both transactions.

“Titan will provide the best second-hand space of its type in the region and we are really excited to see the completion of the buildings transformation.”

Haydock Green is a £62 million industrial scheme totalling 500,000 sq ft and Titan is currently undergoing a £12 million refurbishment to provide 500,000 sq ft of fully refurbished industrial and manufacturing space.
