Navis AG and Zufall logistics group end their longstanding partnership

Navis Schiffahrts- und Speditions-Aktiengesellschaft (Hamburg) and Zufall logistics group (Göttingen) to end their sea freight cooperation

Navis Schiffahrts- und Speditions-Aktiengesellschaft and Zufall logistics group will go separate ways in the future. As of the start of the year 2015 the longstanding cooperation of the two international seafreight forwarders will end.

The strongly changing market environment has incited both partners to test their business strategies for sea freight again. A joint enterprise is no longer effective due to duplicated structures explain the managing directors Remo Stork and Michael Tillner.

„The Zufall logistics group and the Navis AG put different emphases in their respective future development,“ says Michael Tillner, CEO of Zufall logistics group. The cooperation had been decisive and fruitful for both partners for a long time, adds Remo Stork, CEO of Navis AG.
