Neptuny to become Moviri after BMC acquires Caplan product

Neptuny (www.neptuny.com) today announced that it has sold its Caplan technology, the flagship capacity management product, to BMC Software, Inc. [NYSE: BMC]. As part of the deal, Neptuny will rebrand to Moviri (www.moviri.com) which will represent the main provider of consultancy services for Caplan.

Moviri will reinforce its leadership as an IT optimization consultancy provider leveraging the stronger financial structure resulting from the acquisition. Moviri will be able to expand its business presence in the UK and the US. Moviri will maintain strong links with the Polytechnic of Milan, ensuring ground-breaking fresh ideas that will continue to provide a strong base for their research and development, keeping them ahead of the competition.
 
Finally, Moviri will further enhance its presence in the Digital Media market where it operates under the "Contentwise" brand (www.contentwise.tv). Contentwise is a content recommendation engine specifically designed for Digital Media and IPTV providers. Contentwise allows operators to exploit the full potential of content offering and both increase revenues and improve customer retention.
