New finance chief for CEVA
CEVA Logistics has appointed Serge Corbel as new chief financial officer, in succession to Peter Waller who is leaving to pursue opportunities outside the company.
The board said it was grateful for Waller’s work in preparing CEVA for the demands of the capital market, but it concluded that experience in logistics was required for the next stage of the business’s development.
“I would like to thank Peter Waller for his commitment and contribution which was very important to create a new chapter for the company. I am pleased to welcome Serge Corbel as our new CFO who has tremendous experience and a great track record in supporting the growth of a company,” says chief executive Xavier Urbain.
