New logistics scheme for Peterborough

Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have secured developer status in relation to the first phase of a new major industrial site located in Peterborough.

The site, which is allocated for employment use and about to receive Outline consent, will be capable of providing a range of industrial units from 25,000 sq ft up to much larger units.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor, on behalf of Trebor/Hillwood said: “This is a really exciting opportunity, on a major site, where we aim to bring forward the first 25 acres commencing in 2020.  Whilst we will be delivering a range of mid-size industrial units to meet local occupier demand, we also have the opportunity to bring forward a major, national, distribution facility on the site.  Further details of the scheme will be released at the beginning of 2020.”
