New parts warehouse for Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz has taken a ten-year lease on The Cube on Bransworth Avenue in Brinklow in Milton Keynes totalling 93,707 sq ft which it will use for parts storage and distribution

The annual rent for the building is £670,005.

“The new premises at The Cube is conveniently located close to Mercedes Benz’s existing site, thereby causing minimal disruption to their talent, allowing for an easy exchange between the two locations,” said Akhtar Alibhai, director of industrial & logistics at Colliers International who advised Mercedes-Benz.
