New spec scheme for Bristol

Developer Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have secured detailed consent for 244,452 sq ft speculative industrial scheme at

The site was acquired in 2018 and planning has now been granted for buildings of 33,566 sq ft, 76,627 sq ft and 134,269 sq ft, which will be developed out as a single phase.

Work on site in January 2020 will commence with main contractor A&H Construction selected.

The scheme benefits from large yards and high quality units to Trebor’s standard specification, to meet B1/B2/B8 uses and will all be offered on competitive terms, with occupations from Q3 2020.

The scheme is being marketed as “Central Approach”.

Trebor Developments and Hillwood are represented by CBRE and Colliers International.

Furthermore, in Yorkshire the partnership has just appointed contractor JF Finnegan to build two speculative industrial units on a site adjacent to DSA (Doncaster Sheffield Airport).

The units will measure 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft respectively and will be available for occupation in mid-2020.
