Norbert Dentressangle appoints Hervé Mont Jotin as Cheif Executive Officer

Following a meeting of Norbert Dentressangle Group’s Supervisory Board on 5/11/2012, the Group has announced the resignation of François Bertreau and the appointment Hervé Montjotin as Chief Executive Officer.
 
As of today, the Group’s governance will be performed by:
 
a Supervisory Board, which remains made up of: Norbert Dentressangle, Chairman, Evelyne Dentressangle, Vice-Chairman, Clare Chattfield, Henri Lachmann, Jean-Bernard Lafonta, Vincent Ménez, Jean-Luc Poumarède, Bruno Rousset and François-Marie Valentin,
and an Executive Board, which is now made up of Hervé Montjotin, Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Transport Division and Patrick Bataillard, Chief Financial Officer. New members of the Executive Board will be appointed during the next Supervisory Board meeting on 20/11/12.
 
Commenting on these decisions, Chairman, Norbert Dentressangle, said“We are delighted to appoint Hervé Montjotin as Chief Executive Officer of our Group. Since 1995, Herve has acquired an intimate knowledge of our company and has all the qualities to lead the management of Norbert Dentressangle and enable the Group to succeed in its future growth.”
 
“I also thank François Bertreau who, since 2008, has been the architect of the globalisation of our Group and wish him success in his new challenge. 
 
A member of Norbert Dentressangle’s Executive Board since 1998, Hervé is a graduate of “Ecole Normale Supérieure Social Sciences” and holds a Masters from ESCP. He joined Norbert Dentressangle in 1995 as Human Resources Director and was appointed Managing Director in charge of Organisation and Human Resources in 2001, before becoming Head of the Group’s Transport Division in 2005.
