Nottingham mid box scheme to be developed

Total Developments has been granted planning permission for a 72,000ft² warehouse scheme at Langley Mill, Nottingham.

The scheme, to be named Total Park, Nottingham will comprise two units of 30,000ft² and 42,000ft² on a 4.15 acre plot and is located off Junction 26 of the M1 motorway.

The Units will be delivered to a Grade A Institutional specification with 10m eaves, 70kn/m² floor loading and self-contained secure yard depths of 30m and 40m.

Construction work is expected to commence in early Q3 2023 with practical completion around mid 2024.

Ed Chantler, Total Developments Chief Executive and co-founder said: “The demand for Grade A, sustainable warehouse space remains high not only in Nottinghamshire, but also across the wider East Midlands.

Toby Wilson of joint agent M1 Agency LLP added: “We are pleased to have now secured detailed planning consent to enable this strategically well-placed scheme to come forward.

“The wider Nottingham market continues to have a low supply of new-build grade A mid-box warehousing for occupiers and this development will help satisfy the supply/demand characteristics of the market.”

Joint letting agents are M1 Agency and NGCS.
