Nursling logistics park welcomes three new tenants

Union Mark, Youngs Transport and Logistics and Gregory Distribution have taken 139,000 sq ft of newly-refurbished premises in Nursling from Industrial property specialist at Lambert Smith Hampton, joint agents with Hellier Langston, as part of their plans to expand their operations.

Youngs Transport and Logistics has moved to 10 Oriana Way, expanding into a 61,044 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease. Managing director Paul Pavitt said: “Relocating to Nursling is a strategic move for the business following successful contract wins and listening to the needs of our clients over the past two years. After an extensive search, we are delighted to move into this larger space that perfectly matches our future needs.”

Transport company Gregory Distribution is to take a 62,003 sq ft detached warehouse on a self-contained 2.79-acre site.

Pressure washers and vinyl distributor Union Mart has taken a 16,447 sq ft unit in Mauretania Road on a ten-year lease.

“The industrial and distribution market continues to grow on the south coast and it is highly encouraging that companies are looking to expand further by taking up these high-quality premises at Nursling,” said LSH director industrial and logistics Adrian Whitfield.
