Peugeot take on St Modwen Avonmouth warehouse

Groupe PSA division Peugeot has signed a ten-year lease to operate a warehouse distribution facility from a 44,640 sq ft unit at St Modwen Park Access 18 Avonmouth. 

Some 16 businesses are currently occupying space at the 1 million sq ft of warehouse and industrial space at St Modwen Park Access 18 including Ocado Retail, Hermes Parcelnet, Nisbets and Movianto.

Peter Davies, development director at St Modwen Industrial & Logistics, said: “Peugeot’s requirement for high-quality, well-located and flexible space meant St Modwen Park Access 18 was a natural choice for its business.”

Joint agents for the scheme were Andrew Ridler of Alder King and Russell Crofts of Knight Frank.
