Preston logistics warehouse scheme launched

Midlands-based Trebor Developments has launched a 54-acre Logistics and Manufacturing Park near Preston, adjacent to Junction 31A of the M6 motorway in the Northwest.

The development will provide a range of units on a build-to-suit or speculative basis ranging from 33,000ft² to over 800,000ft² with first units anticipated to be delivered for occupation in 2025.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor, said: “There is a significant lack of prime land supply in the Northwest region of the UK for industrial and logistics accommodation. We expect strong interest given the prime location of the site and the lack of availability of such accommodation within the Northwest.”

Trebor are developing the site with Hillwood and are represented by Jones Lang LaSalle and Avison Young.
