Proctor to become CILT president
Robin Proctor FCILT will take over from Will Whitehorn FCILT as president of the Chartered Institute of Logistics Transport.

Proctor, who is executive director at Travis Perkins Group, will commence his one-year presidency on 12th May 2017.
“It is an honour to be chosen to become president of CILT (UK),” said Proctor.
“This is an important time for our profession; innovation in mobile technologies has placed transport and logistics performance at the heart of business propositions, and investment in innovation, infrastructure and skills is required during this time of economic uncertainty.
“I hope to play an active role in leading change and promoting CILT’s influence as we head into this exciting era for the logistics and transport profession.”
