DHL to develop 160,000 sq ft Bristol site
Deutsche Post DHL is to develop a bespoke 160,000 sq ft unit at a site at Central Park in Bristol.
DHL is also set to develop a one million sq ft storage and distribution centre at Magna Park after approval was granted from the local council in July 2016.
As part of a major expansion plan for its automotive business, the logistics company is also set to build a 142,000 sq ft facility in Fradley Park in Lichfield.
DHL bought the 15-acre Bristol site from Delta Properties. Knight Frank and GVA acted for Delta Properties. DHL was not represented.
