Raben Group invests in Czech Republic and Slovakia
European logistics provider, Raben Group, has acquired Transkam company according to an agreement signed on October 13th. Raben Group decided more than two years ago to develop its own organisations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The purchase of Transkam will expand Raben’s capabilities for providing dry food logistics services in both countries. Established in 1990, Transkam has warehouses in Hořovice, Olomouc and Hostivice in the Czech Republic, and in Nové Mesto nad Váhom in Slovakia, as well as 60,000 m2 of warehouse space in the two countries. Raben Logistics Czech and Raben Logistics Slovakia have branches in Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Hradec Králové in the Czech Republic and in Bratislava, Košice and Žilina in Slovakia. The Raben Group has 485,000m² of warehouse capacity in ten European countries, including 25,000 m2 at the disposal of customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Quelle: eyefortransport |
