Redeveloped London warehouse increases in size

Bradda Capital has obtained planning consent to redevelop and expand its warehouse  at 1 Church Manorway, Erith in London.

Originally the warehouse totalled some 37,000 sq ft the new consent means that it can be demolished and redeveloped to provide a building with 54,164 sq ft warehouse space; and 4,650 sq ft of ancillary office space split across the ground floor and first floor with a 13m eaves height.

The intensification of the use of the site by area and volume fits with wider GLA planning strategy for the London area and the high quality development is expected to attract strong occupier interest.

BNP Paribas Real Estate and Glenny are joint agents. Architects are Corstorphine and Wright.
