Refurbished warehouse snapped up

Catering equipment supplier Nisbets has taken a 15-year lease in an off-market deal for the former Tesco distribution warehouse at Newhouse Farm Industrial Estate, Chepstow.

It provides 290,000ft² of industrial and office space across 20 acres. The building, newly named Delta 290, was taken back to frame and underwent significant refurbishment to provide a modern 50 loading door logistics facility.

Cushman & Wakefield and Savills advised landlord Howard Tenens.

Jack Davies, Associate Director in Savills Industrial team in Bristol, commented: “The letting of the refurbished building in Chepstow demonstrates continued demand for high-end logistics facilities on a large scale in South Wales.”
