Rock stars speak at the Omni-Channel Conference
Logistics professionals are the rock stars of home delivery, according to Collect+ chief Neil Ashworth. And many of these stars will be examining the impact of omni-channel at the Omni-Channel Conference in September.
Tesco, John Lewis, Boots, Halfords, Shop Direct, and Maplin will all be contributing to the event, which takes place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 17th and 18th September.
The first day of the conference will have a focus on strategy, infrastructure, and forecasting issues, while the second day will look at returns and reverse logistics, as well as deliveries and the final mile.
