Royal Mail to offer at home parcel collection

Royal Mail has launched a doorstep parcel collection service across the UK as part of the existing daily round of deliveries.

The service is also available at 60p for pre-paid return items, and will allow the pick-up of up to five separate items.

In order to qualify for the service, customers will need to pre-pay for their packaging.

Nick Landon, Chief Commercial Officer at Royal Mail, said: “The launch of Parcel Collect is part of our commitment to continuously make our services better and more convenient.”
