SEKO takes majority stake in omni-channel company

SEKO Logistics has acquired majority shares in strategic partner Omni-Channel Logistics to expand its e-commerce and technology offering.

Omni-Channel Logistics partnered with SEKO Logistics in 2014 and now SEKO has bought a majority stake in what is now SEKO Omni-Channel Logistics. The company offers global fulfilment, global delivery management, global return solutions and e-commerce development and design.

Omni-Channel Logistics managing director Kai Lincoln will continue to lead the company for cross-border e-commerce and global ecommerce returns. He said: “As a start-up business in 2014, we recognise the importance of having a reputable global brand behind us. SEKO gave us that credibility and the two-way partnership we have enjoyed since has enabled us to become a global e-commerce force with an amazing team of individuals and a technology platform designed and built for scalable cross-border, marketplace and returns solutions.”
