Selby Mid box scheme gets green light

A 66,000 sq ft speculative development of industrial and distribution units in Selby, North Yorkshire, has been given the green light for 2021.

Commercial property developer Priority Space is behind the £6.5m project, in a joint venture with HP Construction.

It will provide 66,000 sq ft of workspace in 30 units ranging in size from 1,000 to 5,000 sq ft that will be marketed jointly by Gent Visick and Rhodes CRE.

The new scheme will be developed on the last remaining piece of undeveloped land at Selby’s ‘Access 63’ industrial estate. Construction is due to start in March and complete in October.
