Speculative warehouse planned for Nottingham
Rula Developments has submitted plans for a 190,000ft2 warehouse on the Fulwood Industrial Estate in Nottingham.
Mark Hawthorne of Rula Developments, said: “Having recently agreed terms for the site, we looked to quickly bring forward a planning application which, subject to a satisfactory determination, will allow us to then go on and speculatively build out the scheme.
If approved, it is anticipated that the unit would be built with a target completion date of Q1 2023.
