St. Modwen completes 106,000 sq ft warehouse in Chippenham

St. Modwen has completed the first phase of a 106,000 sq ft industrial and logistics unit at St. Modwen Park Chippenham.

The unit is part of the first phase of development at a 78-acre site, which is located off of Junction 17 of the M4.

St. Modwen has also submitted planning for the second phase, which would see the addition of 88,000 sq ft of space, scheduled to be delivered in 2021.

Peter Davies, Development Director at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, said: “The completion of the first phase reaffirms our intention to provide much needed logistics space in the South West, including a range of build-to-suit opportunities ranging from 100,000 sq ft to one million sq ft.”

Joint agents for the site are Alder King, DTRE and JLL.
