Tenex Capital Management acquires LinkAmerica
Tenex Capital Management has completed its acquisition of LinkAmerica Corporation, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based transportation and logistics provider.
Founded in 1996, LinkAmerica has grown through a series of acquisitions to more than $140 million in annual revenues. The company operates primarily in the south-central and south-eastern US, with facilities in Texas and Florida and a fleet of approximately 850 tractors, providing traditional Over-The-Road (OTR) 53- and 57-foot dry van, dedicated, expedited, and logistics services.
With the completion of this acquisition, Tenex has further strengthened LinkAmerica by providing a significantly more flexible capital structure, as well as additional funds to acquire new equipment to reduce the fleet age, and invest in new technology.
Tenex Capital Management has established a successful track record investing in diverse industries, including transportation, industrials, telecommunications, and health and business services.
