Tesco and iForce put returns on the agenda
Tesco and iForce will deliver a joint workshop on returns management at the Omni-Channel Conference.
Geoff Taylor, iForce group sales director and Jonathan Smith, iForce’s head of returns, will share the stage with Tesco’s senior manager GM operations and returns, Ian Towell to provide an overview of their joint returns operation and how the challenges of omni-channel returns can be overcome.
