Three awards for Raben Ukraine
Raben Group top logistics service provider in Ukraine On 9 October 2009 a logistics performance ranking of the “Ukrainian Logistic Association“ (ELA), member of the European Logistics Association, took place in Ukraine for the first time. Leading providers of logistics services and several transport companies participated in the event. Raben Logistics Ukraine was the only provider of logistics services to be awarded in all three categories: best logistician 2009 (for the scope of services), best provider of warehouse distribution services 2009 and best logistics solution 2009 (for the opening of the first cross docking warehouse in Ukraine). Maria Grigorak and Antoni Alfonz, Presidents of ELA, gave the awards to the winners. The method of the ranking was based on a rated coefficient and the resulting total index, that is composed by seven main criteria. The instrument was developed by ELA and was completed by empirical values of previous rankings in the Russian Federation. The following criteria resulted thereof: corporate image (working time and geography, openness, reputation, competitiveness), level of the competences of the enterprise, technical and technological equipment, financial situation, scope of performances and services, economic effectiveness and quality of the logistics services. Transparency and charge-free participation have been the core elements of this method.
