TNT Express renews contract with IKEA in Saudi Arabia
TNT Express has extended its partnership with home furnishings company IKEA in Saudi Arabia. Under the terms of the contract, TNT undertakes the delivery and assembly of furniture and kitchens from IKEA’s customers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
The service provided by TNT includes: in-store customer service staff to handle delivery requests, warehouses to stage flat pack furniture and more than 35 dedicated vehicles as well as a trained assembly and delivery team.
TNT Express has also managed the distribution and delivery of IKEA’s catalogues in Saudi Arabia for twelve years.
