H. Wenzl Handel-Transporte-Logistik GmbH from Gols puts focus on cartage service, refrigerated, fresh and dangerous goods transport
In the past years H. Wenzl Handel-Transporte und Logistik GmbH from Gols in Burgenland has reached an impressive size as a provider of transport and logistics services thanks to its strategy of cautiously investing into the expansion and modernisation of its fleet. The family enterprise operates 100 trucks in eastern Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Managing Director Harald Wenzl gives a warehousing capacity of 1,650 pallet slots in Gols, which are mainly used for storage and dispatch preparation of red and white wine of wine growers in Burgenland. The H. Wenzl company describes itself as a specialist for physical handling of cartage services as well as transportation of wine, refrigerated/fresh and dangerous goods. The 110 employees of the enterprise established in 1993 attend to a customer circle dominated by international forwarding companies, trade chains and many industrial shippers of high volumes.
