Travis Perkins acquires 31,847 sq ft at Valley Park

Builders’ merchant Travis Perkins has signed a 20-year lease on two units at Valley Park in Watford, Hertfordshire, let by CBRE Global Investors and advised by Glenny LLP with joint agent Stimpsons.

“As stock availability continues to diminish in sought-after areas in and around the M25 region, this deal represents an excellent strategic location for Travis Perkins, and provides CBREGI with a high profile, quality tenant, secured on a long lease,” said Glenny Divisional partner Ivan Scott.
