Two new members joined System Alliance Europe

The cargo network System Alliance Europe now also covers Italy and Ireland. On 1st July 2019, the forwarding companies Bianchi & C. SRL, based in Como (IT) and PRL Freight Ireland Unlimited Co, based in Dublin (IE), joined the groupage network.

The Chairman of the Steering Committee of the System Alliance Europe, Oliver Rüter, is pleased: “The new partnerships confirm that we are on the right track. Our cooperation is still highly attractive, as we have opened up further.”

The spokespersons for both companies, Marco Zennaro (Bianchi) and Michael Kenny (PRL) signed preliminary agreements at the Shareholder Assembly in Birmingham. “With this partnership we are taking the right step. The standards within the cooperation help us to noticeably increase the service level for customers. We are also looking forward to the opportunity to win new partnerships by participating in System Alliance
Europe.”

For the cooperation, the new members mean a significant plus in service. Bianchi operates a nationwide pick-up and delivery network in Italy with guaranteed transit times; PRL is the leading logistics provider in Ireland and operates as a full-service provider for a number of well-known customers.

System Alliance Europe is a co-operation of leading, medium-sized freight forwarders.
