Two new occupiers at St. Modwen site
The twe companies will occupy one of the three remaining units at the 10-acre logistics scheme, scaling 5,786 sq ft.
Albion Gateway is centrally located less than a mile from the A38 and two miles from Burton-on-Trent town centre, providing transport links to arterial roads such as the A50 and A511, along with access to a large labour pool.
Hannah Bryan Williams, Multi-Let Leasing Manager at St. Modwen Logistics, said on the new occupants: “Their arrival will contribute to an already diverse range of businesses located at the site and is testament to St. Modwen’s continued investment in the region.”
Shannon Harris, Director at Bambinos and Beyond, added: “It was important for us to find a new home that could cater for our business needs while offering a high-quality and well-located warehouse space.
