UKWA launches free warehouse brokerage portal

The United Kingdom Warehousing Association has launched MarketSpace – a web-based portal that brings companies with warehouse space to fill together with those seeking storage and logistics services. 

The service does not charge a fee or commission to companies wishing to use the site to market the space they have to let. It is also free to use for those searching for storage facilities.

UKWA chief executive Peter Ward said: “By providing members with an outlet to promote to their available space and giving companies – be they retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers or, indeed, other 3PLs, a web-based facility to find reliable storage facilities, MarketSpace really is a win-win proposition.”
