Uniserve takes on 192,288 sq. ft in Northampton

Logistics and trade management provider Uniserve has signed a 10-year lease on a 192,288 sq. ft facility at Brackmills 192 in Northampton from Goodman to provide supply chain services for a new client and support company growth.

The facility has been refurbished and comprises a fully fitted modern distribution warehouse with associated offices. The warehouse has 16-dock level loading doors, four level access doors alongside 12.5 metre clear height and a 21-metre clear height to the high bay element.

“The majority of this operation will be servicing the supply chain needs of one of our many retail and manufacturing customers,” said Uniserve property director John Gandy. “The Uniserve Group provide tailor made logistics solutions on a global basis, so working with the right partners, like Goodman, is paramount to us.”
Uniserve is to begin operations from the facility during the summer.
