Universal Music picks Ceva for Brazil logistics
Universal Music has chosen Ceva Logistics to manage its contract logistics in Brazil, including warehousing, distribution and transport management.
Ceva will manage the logistics activities from a multi-user warehouse located just outside Brazil. It will also be responsible for the music firm’s reverse logistics, fiscal management and delivery monitoring.
Holbein Menezes, Universal Music’s LatAm physical supply chain operations manager, said: “Universal Music Brazil’s decision to select Ceva to manage its distribution in Brazil was based on a number of elements, including its clear business vision, the expertise of its staff and also its infrastructure within the country.
“It also played a key role in advising on the strategic location of the warehouse, which enables the efficient distribution of our products across Brazil.”
