UPS sets up Warrington depot

US parcel delivery firm UPS is recruiting warehouse workers for its latest depot in the UK and offering a £500 starter bonus for successful candidates.

The company has taken investor Cabot Properties’ 88,200ft2 Omega 88 warehouse built speculatively by Brackley Developments on Omega Business Park in Warrington in the North West.

UPS has taken a 10-year lease on the property at a rent of £6.95 per ft2. The property has 12m eaves, 5% office space, eight dock and two level access loading doors as well as 45m yard depth. It is situated immediately off Junction 8 of the M62 motorway.

Joint letting agents are B8 Real Estate and CBRE.
