Vacant spec shed snapped up by Dutytown

Such is the demand for urban/mid box warehousing that investors are snapping them up without having a tenant in line.

Small local investor Dutytown has bought  a speculatively built warehouse  at Aston41 on Aesop Business Park in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury that is currently vacant.

W Lamb Ltd sold the freehold of Unit 5 on Phase 3 at Aston41, and he new owner will now market the 19,332 sq ft building.

Matt Sutton of Westhall Estates, the development manager, said: “This unit offered Dutytown a rare opportunity to purchase freehold industrial space in an easily accessible location with excellent links to the A41 and M25. It is testament to the strength of the scheme that an investor has made the decision to acquire a vacant warehouse, proving they are fully confident in finding an occupier.”

Savills, Lambert Smith Hampton and Brown & Lee advised.
