Van den Bosch assumes Heineken beer supply for Olympia

Dutch Van den Bosch Transporten Van den Bosch Transporten will supply the beer for Holland Heineken House in London by tank container

Before one can drink a cold Heineken beer at the olympic Games in London, a whole logistic process precedes. Dry and liquid bulk haulier Van den Bosch Transporten from Erp, Netherlands, have specialised in this discipline. They will make sure the beer reaches its destination – the Holland Heineken House – using tank containers. Two reefer tank containers keeping the temperature sensitive product at a consistent 2 degrees Celsius will be shipped from the Heineken Brewery to the official national home of sports. Van den Bosch Transporten organises the transport from loading at the brewery, transport on the road and by ferry, quality control of the beer as well as check and cleaning of the tank containers.

Holland Heineken House has been an integral part of this sports event since Barcelona 1992 and will be celebrating its 20 year anniversary this year. Apart from Holland Heineken House, there have been further cooperations between Heineken and the Dutch forwarding company, including Defqon.1, Amsterdam Open Air and the Indian Summer Festival.
