Volkswagen signs five-year contract with Unipart
Unipart Logistics is to run Volkswagen Group’s UK Aftermarket supply chain as part of a five-year contract.
Unipart Logistics is to manage the full aftermarket warehouse operation for Volkswagen Group UK, servicing over 900 retailers and trade partners across the UK for the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, SKODA, TPS and Volkswagen Commercial brands.
The contract will also see 450 people in the 650,000 sq ft Volkswagen logistics hub in Tamworth transferred to Unipart Logistics.
