Walsall warehouse hits practical completion

Property developer St Francis has secured practical completion of its 113,641 ft2 development Parallel 113 in Walsall, West Midlands.

The Grade A speculative warehouse has been built to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating. It has 12.5m eaves as well as 10 dock and two level access doors. It has 50kn/m2 floor loading, 106 car parking and 14 trailer parking spaces, in addition to a 50m yard and 1225 KVA incoming.

Gareth Williams, Development Director at St Francis Group, said: “Given the prevailing levels of occupier demand in the area and the lack of supply, we are confident of announcing a letting very soon”.

Joint letting agents are Savills and JLL.
