Warehouse REIT secures lettings for two of its warehouses

Warehouse REIT, a warehouse investor focusing on urban and last-mile industrial warehouses, has completed two long-term lettings for facilities in Coventry and Plymouth, respectively.

One of the facilities, a 140,000ft2 urban warehouse in Coventry, is being leased on a 10-year deal to Evtec Aluminium Ltd- a manufacturer of automotive components.

The other is a 66,000ft2 warehouse in Plymouth. This is also being let on a 10-year lease, with Evri set to occupy the space.

Paul Makin is the Investment Director of Tilstone, which provides investment advice to Warehouse REIT. He explained that these lettings are indicative of “strong ongoing demand for modern warehouse space in well-connected urban locations across the UK.”
