Wavin chooses XPO Logistics for UK transport operations

Plastic pipe manufacturer Wavin has awarded XPO Logistics a multi-million pound contract to manage its UK transport operations.

XPO will manage the delivery of product to merchants and construction projects from manufacturing sites in Chippenham, Doncaster and Hazlehead near Sheffield. Transport services will also operate from XPO’s site in Motherwell.

In addition to dedicated fleet and broad network support, XPO will use its KeyPL solution to manage complex transport flows.
