Winners of annual eyefortransport European 3PL Awards announced

Antwerp, Belgium: The winners for this year’s eyefortransport European 3PL Awards were announced and celebrated at a reception during the eyefortransport’s 10th Annual 3PL Summit held at the Hilton Hotel in Antwerp, Belgium.
 
Each year the eyefortransport 3PL Awards aim to recognise those 3PLs that continuously deliver excellence in logistics operations and superior service to their customers. The nominees are shortlisted by a panel of industry experts, and the winners are then voted on and decided by by European 3PL customers – the manufacturers and retailers who depend upon and work with logistics service providers everyday.
 
As such, these awards take on a special significance, and the winners can feel confident in the knowledge that their customers have chosen them as best-of-breed partners in supply chain excellence.
 
The awards reception was hosted by eyefortransport, and included senior management from the winning 3PLs, the nominees and their customers, all their to celebrate the finalists and winners. Representatives from over 30 major 3PLs, as well as Heads of Supply Chain for major 3PL users, were in attendance.
 
“This year many 3PLs have taken their customer engagement and retention strategies to the next level, and this was reflected in some really strong voting numbers, especially in the most competitive categories. The finalists were very strong, and it was a real race to the finish,” said Katharine O’Reilly, Executive Director of eyefortransport. “This year customers clearly want their voices heard when it comes to weighing in on 3PL quality. As always, it’s an honour to preside over these awards, which are here to help customer voices be heard.”
