Work starts on Swindon spec development
Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood have started on a speculative development at Trinity Park, near junction 16 of the M4 in Swindon.
It is building units ranging from 36,750 to 78,750 sq ft for distribution and manufacturing.
James Drew, development director at Trebor Developments, said: “We are already having positive discussions with occupiers from a range of sectors and seeing construction commence on site reinforces the message to the market that the new accommodation will be available to occupy at the end of this year.”
