Yusen wins AGA Rangemaster contract
Range cooker manufacturer AGA Rangemaster has awarded its first outsourced contract to Yusen Logistics following strategic decision to streamline processes.
Collections from AGA Rangemaster’s Royal Leamington Spa site are cross-docked at Yusen’s dedicated white goods facility. This provides AGA Rangemaster with regular and reliable deliveries within trade opening hours as well as offering consolidation opportunities with other industry brands.
“We operate to a host of internationally recognised standards and strict quality controls that are in place at every stage during design, development and manufacture,” said AGA Rangemaster head of logistics and field operations, Darryl Hudson. “It is important that our logistics provider is an extension of these and Yusen Logistics’ white goods expertise, experience and their company culture showed us they could offer exactly this.”
