£400m property plan for North

Trebor Developments has joined up with US business Hillwood to develop a wide range of logistics and industrial buildings in the UK. Hillwood anticipates investing £400 million over the next two years.

The joint venture is expected to concentrate its efforts on the UK area between Yorkshire and South of the M4 corridor, including major conurbations around Leeds, Manchester and East and West Midlands.
