3M extends Ceva contract

3M has extended its contract with Ceva Logistics for warehouse management and distribution in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Ceva will operate both 3M’s regional distribution centre and national DC in Singapore, with an increased warehouse footprint to nearly 28,000 sq m in total. Ceva also manages 3M’s national distribution centres in Malaysia and Indonesia. In addition, Ceva will use its customized IT solution, Matrix WMS at the RDC.

David W Werner, 3M’s Asia manufacturing and supply chain director said: “3M puts the customer at the centre of what we do. An optimized supply chain delivers tangible benefits in increased operational efficiency, time to market and cost management. We are pleased to work with CEVA and leverage their supply chain expertise to maintain a strong, robust supply chain for 3M in this region to better serve our customers.”
